Misleading title

I am disappointed.
I bought the book because I thought it would give information about how foods affect methylation to affect genes. Not much information.
- for the non-scientist, the book does not even explain the methylation basics, e.g. the Methionine cycle (Methionine -> SAM-e -> SAH -> Homocysteine -> Methionine).
- the most useful information is section 2.04 on just one page 33 and table 2.02 on just one page 34.
- table 2.02 mentions Choline is the Methane group donor. Methane is CH4. Methylation is the transfer of Methyl group which is CH3.
- the book does not explain basics such as how Choline donates the Methyl group to TMG to DMG to Methionine to SAM-e.
- table 2.02 lists only egg yolk is the main food that has Choline. One can find at least 20 foods on Wikipedia.
- Quercetin is spelled Quircetin is spelled throughout the book.
The rest of the book is useful as a nutrition reference, but not for methylation information.
